Yellow and Blues

Have you ever purchased the same colors over and over? I'm not sure what's gotten into me the last few months, but I may have purchased everything in this blue and yellow. I have atleast three new items in both colors. I guess this will be easier to mix and match?

I actually found this lovely dress in one of my mothers closets when I helped her clean them out. That lady has a serious shopping problem LOL.

This dress is so me and I refused to leave her house without it. A line dresses are perfect on my body shape and it has a center front bow and pockets!!! That is what I consider a piece of heaven!

Hope you have good weather your way!

Hey There!

Well Hello!
Remember Me?!!
I've been all around lately and haven't had an outfit post in ages, I forgot my blogger password! I honestly have sooo much going on. Praying for the ability to find my life balance while trying to check life goals off my to do list.
I hope everyone is enjoying this awesome weather we have had recently. I got to spend my Sunday at home out with my love and threw on my favorite Forever21 high waist jeans. I have these in black and blue and wished they came in other colors. The jeggings/denim are the most comfortable pair of pants I've ever worn and I wear them ALL the time!
If you saw my recent Glam Thrift Haul Here you'll remember my thrifted Zara bag that is perfection! I picked up these cute Michael Kors platform sandals last summer. I have worn these sandals once, but I think they'll be my go to for the summer.
I loved the 70's vibe I got from this look and my new favorite shades as well.
I'll be back soon with great fun bright fashion. I promise!

How To Shop At Thrift Shops| Glam Thrift 101

Hi Belles!

I just got back from a week of freedom! lol

My birthday was last Thursday and I enjoyed a quick getaway and weekend cruise to the Bahamas. I had so much time relaxing, I didn't get that many pics (maybe because, of the 12lbs I've gained over the last few months hmm) but I will post the few I have and share my birthday look soon.

Let's get into my new video on my Youtube channel. The majority of my wardrobe, I would say 80% is purchased at Thrift shops and Goodwill. I thought I shared my tips and tricks that every beginner can use when learning how to look Glam on a budget.

Jump

Happy Sunday!

I think I have a schedule of blogging once a week. Hopefully that turns into more than once, now that I'm waiting for my tripod to be on its way!

I purchased this jumpsuit from Forever21. I love everything navy and initially I thought this jumpsuit was in cotton so it would be perfect to throw on. It isn't. It's some type of nylon that wrinkles very easily. So I guess I'll still be on the hunt for a cotton navy jumpsuit.

It still was cute and held it's purpose for my Sunday outing. I threw on this faux fur throw, I purchased on Ebay two years ago to add some flair.

Hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Sugar and Spice

I love pink. I love red. I love pink and red together and don't let anyone discourage you from being bold and pairing them together!
No matter how much I like to complain about the cold weather, I was born in February and I love this time of the year and mostly the opportunity to bring out what I like to call "Fancy Fashion" lol. Winter is when I can throw on coats, big bows and sparkly dresses and layer them all at once and I love every moment of it.
Let's get into the my little red riding hood look LOL. I love this deep rich red coat, I purchased from JC Penny last year during their Black Friday sale. My bow pumps saved me 150.00 bucks and I'm learning, it's better to wait and be patient sometimes with Fashion. You don't need to hop on every trend so quickly. My light pink dress is Thrifted, it's nice and thick and the perfect length for church or the office.
Will you be wearing pink and red this Fall? If so I'd love to know who's on board!
Wishing you a blessed week.

Royal

Hi Lovebugs!!

Let me start off by saying, I appreciate everyone who stops by and reads my blog. I think (hopefully) I have now began a great schedule that will allow me to blog once or twice a week.

Let's get into this gorgeous skirt!! I thrifted this skirt back in Summer and never wore it until today. Story of my life lol. I love this royal blue color and the shine of this skirt. The weather was great in Charlotte today and I was able to wear one of my favorite strappy sandals from Zara. I paired this look with a white shirt, as I wanted this skirt to be the star of the show.

I hope you all have a wonderful week.

Instagrammy

Hello Loves!!
It's the first day of May! Time is surely passing by quickly. Until I manage getting my life together, I haven't made a lot of time for learning how to use the remote or tripod that came with my camera. I haven't been blessed with someone who willingly jumps at being my photographer, so  I will have to learn soon!

I thought I'd share some pics from my daily work wear that were added to my Instagram page. If your on Instagram feel free to follow me @asouthernchicchick.

Even though I've had a rough month personally, I have been blessed with a few fascinating career opportunities. In the end, everything happens for a reason. Me being the stubborn Aquarius I am; doesn't really believe that, but I'm going to go with it and not try to control situations that are out of my hand.

One more day until Friday!!
