Yellow and Blues

    Have you ever purchased the same colors over and over? I'm not sure what's gotten into me the last few months, but I may have purchased everything in this blue and yellow. I have atleast three new items in both colors. I guess this will be easier to mix and match?   I actually found this lovely dress in one of my mothers closets when I helped her clean them out. That lady has a serious shopping problem LOL.    This dress is so me and I refused to leave her house without it. A line dresses are perfect on my body shape and it has a center front bow and pockets!!! Hi Lovebugs!!
Let me start off by saying, I appreciate everyone who stops by and reads my blog. I think (hopefully) I have now began a great schedule that will allow me to blog once or twice a week. 
Let's get into this gorgeous skirt!! I thrifted this skirt back in Summer and never wore it until today. Story of my life lol. I love this royal blue color and the shine of this skirt. The weather was great in Charlotte today and I was able to wear one of my favorite strappy sandals from Zara. I paired this look with a white shirt, as I wanted this skirt to be the star of the show.

Hello Loves!!

With moving, toothaches and getting ready to start my new job, nothing was getting in my way of this great Charlotte weather. The weather this year has been very unpredictable and I live for the sun.

I feel like a Reese's cup in this outfit. I've always enjoyed pairing black and brown. I haven't been in the mood to get dressed, but when I threw this together for dinner, I loved it.

I plan on wearing my faux leather dress all year long. The fabric is a little thick, but the wind helped.

I'm learning to put myself on a budget, so this JustFab was my Zara shopper replacement, it's holding up pretty well for 40.00 and holds everything.

Hola,
I know I have been missing for awhile. I have had so much going on, but I finally went out last weekend. I'm in Charlotte, NC at the moment and there is more to do here than Charleston, SC. Anywho I just was feeling some kind of way and was like hey I love my body, this big girl is wearing what she wants. I believe it's all about being confident, never wear something if your going to feel out of place. I always own my looks and play my Beyonce in my head "Diva". It's my theme music lol. I said I was feeling blue, so I wore it twice yesterday!! These shoes did not feel good at all, but I can't let them stay in my closet forever. I have worn this skirt before, it's one of my favorites. I went out last night to a club here in Charleston, SC. It was....ok..Happy Sunday Everyone!

Feeling Blue

Hi All,  Sooo much has been going on in my personal life, that I never have enough time to get up and have some fun. Everyone knows trouble doesn't last long, so I got out of my funk and went to dinner with my bestest friends today. Being around people while your going through things in life keep you grounded I'm glad I have good family and friends. I can't stress enough to plus size divas to try on clothes, this is a size medium dress and it fits perfect. Hoping everyone is enjoying there weekend.

Pop..Wop..Color Block

So as I'm writing this post, I'm watching the Braxtons. Even though Toni Braxton has always been my favorite singer, that Tamar gives me life. I find myself reciting Tamar lines all the time..lol..So yesterday I went to see Act like a lady, Think like a man, I loved it. I decided to stay on trend and colorblock, which I love. I notice I wear alot of blue, purple and pinks, that is all I see whenever I shop I guess. Well I hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weekend.

Saturdays

I really only have a life on Saturdays or some random day of the week when I decide to go partying maybe with friends. I like to take pictures of my day style,when there is a nice person to snap a pic of me:) I usually see on a lot of plus size bloggers pics of "club attire". Someone's true style should never just be limited to night, if you have style you should be chic day and night. Any-who, I had an awesome time on Saturday with some new friends. I wore my boyfriend jeans, booties and my thrifted polka dot top, with my hair in a bun, I was ready for the party. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

Glitz and Glam

One of my really good friends had a party tonight. Her theme was "glitz and glam", when I think of glitz, I think of glitter..lol.. I brought out my Jeffrey Campbell Foxy's, I know many have heard this  before, but these shoes are really comfortable. I stood up about two hours and didn't really feel any discomfort. Everything was in my closet and I bought absolutely nothing. I am so proud of myself, shopping in my closet is definitely allowing me to try and be as creative as possible.
